Game Night Planner
Set the night, invite the table, and pick the game — all in one place.
How it works
- Fill in the event name, date, and location under The Basics.
- Add guests under Guests. Tap a guest’s RSVP chip to cycle it between In, Maybe, and No.
- Add candidate games under Game Picks and use the + / − buttons to vote. The game with the most votes becomes the Top Pick, with quick links straight into Rulebook Finder and Score Keeper.
- Optionally set a player range (tap + set player range) so each game shows whether it fits how many guests are currently marked In.
- Track who’s bringing what under Snacks & Drinks, and check items off as they’re confirmed.
Importing & exporting your guest list
Tap Export under Guests to download your guest list as a file (you'll get to confirm or edit the filename first). It uses the same player-list format as other Board Game Tools apps, so a roster you've already built elsewhere can be dropped straight in with Import — new names are added to the list, and any that match an existing guest by name are skipped so you don't end up with duplicates.
Sharing the plan
Tap Copy Shareable Link to generate a link with the whole plan baked in — guest list, game picks, and snack sheet. Anyone who opens it sees a read-only view of the plan; no account or sign-in required.
If someone with the link wants to keep managing their own copy, they can tap Make it my own copy on the shared view to save it to their own device as an editable plan.
