Pick a range, tap Roll, and let chance decide.
How to use
- Tap a die preset (d4 through d100) for a classic 1-to-N range, or type your own From / To values for any custom range — positive, negative, or way outside dice sizes.
- Tap Roll. The number spins through a few quick flickers before landing on the result.
- Roll a 1 and it gets roasted — a red shake and a mocking line. Roll the top of your range and it gets celebrated — a gold glow and a triumphant line. Every other number lands quietly.
- Past rolls appear under Roll History so you can see what came up (and the range it came from). Tap Clear all to reset it.
Custom ranges
The dice presets always start at 1, but the From / To fields accept anything — roll between 10 and 20 to pick a page number, or use it for any decision that needs a fair, random pick within a range.
If you type a From value bigger than To, they're automatically swapped so the roll always works.
Sound
Tap Sound on / off below the Roll button to toggle the roll ticks and landing chime. Your preference is remembered on this device.
Add to home screen
Install the app on your home screen for one-tap access whenever you need a fast, fair random number.
iOS · Safari
- Open the app in Safari (must be Safari, not Chrome or Firefox).
- Tap the Share button — the square with an arrow pointing up at the bottom of the screen.
- Scroll down and tap Add to Home Screen.
- Tap Add to confirm.
Android · Chrome
- Open the app in Chrome.
- Tap the three-dot menu in the top-right corner.
- Tap Add to Home Screen or Install App.
- Tap Add to confirm.
